 My mission in life is to give people the information they need to make empowered, conscious choices. I do this through my weekly radio show, facilitating courses and by offering my client's superb coaching that goes straight to the heart of their issues. My intention is to reconnect people to their innate, divine wisdom and support them in living life from that center. I am committed to doing my part to contribute to global awakening happening in our culture and I hope I can serve you in these endeavors.
My background is vast and varied. My work comes from a blend of many years of deep transformational training, practice and leadership experience in the areas of Entology, Massage Therapy, Energy Management, Clairvoyant Training, Sensuality Training, Tibetan Buddhism, Meditation, Mayan Shamanism, Nutrition and Yoga.
Always up for a challenge, I was a featured on an ABC reality TV show called "How to Get the Guy" that delved into the modern dating scene alive in San Francisco, CA. That experience taught me many things, the biggest lesson being: be true to yourself and the rest will follow. People come and go, a great relationship with yourself is what is most important.
Presently I divide my time between supporting my coaching clients in achieving their dreams, hosting a weekly internet radio show called Just for Women: Dating, Relationships and Sex, and facilitating workshops for men with Authentic Man Program.

For the majority of my life, I have been studying the principles of being empowered with experts in the field. I coach both men and women in discovering what is holding them back in life.
Always drawn to learn and experience all I can about the wisdom of ancient cultures, I am involved with Tinamit Junan Uleu - Earth People's United - a Mayan Shamanism non-profit organization. TJU seeks to connect people to the natural and spiritual worlds and to bring the wisdom of the Ancient Ones with the world of today, so that the diversity of life can flourish for future generations. Much of the mind clarity I enjoy today comes from practices of Tibetan Buddhism. I am blessed to be able to receive Dharma teachings from my teacher, Rinpoche Kali Ma, with whom I have been studying with for over five years. I have been practicing massage therapy for over 8 years, both privately and professionally. I am licensed as a Holistic Massage Therapist with my massage experience encompassing Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, Cranial-Sacral, and Thai Massage, as well as Reflexology and Reiki healing energy. One of the greatest achievements in my career as a Massage Therapist is my on-going relationship with Cirque du Soleil. I have been the Massage Therapist for the last three of their traveling shows: Varekai, Corteo, and KOOZA. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with some of the world's top athletes who are also amazing, caring, and brilliant people. This is by far, one the best on-going experiences of my life and proved to me that whatever I can dream, I can create into reality!
